Host a Yoga Party!
Celebrate with friends and family by hosting a yoga party! Many people are looking for alternative ways to celebrate, to do something special, life-affirming and uniting for a special occasion. Why not have a party that is fun and good for you? A yoga party is designed to be fun, relaxing and rejuvenating for your mind, body and spirit. Each party is custom designed so the yoga can range from gentle and relaxing to a powerful, full body challenge, depending on the group.
Consider a theme for your party:
Girls' Night Out
Birthdays
Bridal or Baby Showers
Spa Day
Athletic Team Conditioning Sessions
Power Yoga Challenge
An excuse to get together with friends and family

Corporate Yoga
A major challenge facing employers today is maintaining a staff that is both motivated and genuinely content with the working environment. Yoga is an excellent tool to reduce physical and mental tension, leaving the body and mind invigorated. Employees who are healthy and stress-free are happier, perform better and have fewer sick-days. Unlike other forms of exercise, employers are seeing positive results when employees practice yoga, since stress reduction is one of yoga’s greatest benefits.

Private Lessons
If you are just getting started or if you already do yoga but want to learn more, private lessons are a great way to learn yoga.

Beginners can learn the basics correctly from the first day, go at their own pace, ask questions as much as they want and have the full attention of the instructor. You can address specific needs and take a direction that interests you, whether it is relaxation, sports conditioning, stress relief, strength building or some of each. You will learn how to customize poses to your body so that you can continue your practice on your own or feel comfortable in a group setting.

Deborah teaches group and private classes. She has taught a wide range of students, from Olympic athletes and professional dancers to those who consider themselves "flexibility challenged".
